In our present time, where almost everything is mediated through screens and much of life takes place primarily in the mind, everyday life is hectic and loud. Stress permeates all areas of life, while performance pressure and the struggle to survive shape the rhythm of daily existence. At the same time, there is a growing desire to reconnect with the body, to dive into cold water, and to experience moments of clarity and presence.

As with most of my work, the creation of these paintings began intuitively. While painting, I became aware of how deeply these themes affect me personally. Today, when I view the works, they convey a sense of calm and inner balance – a quiet space that may also be accessible to the viewer.
